“Lisa is AMAZING to work with. We started a custom engagement ring with her in late November 2021 and received it early this March 2022. We wanted to do a custom ring using my fiancé's grandmother's wedding ring and using design elements and symbols from our favorite video game series (Kingdom Hearts) - she was FANTASTIC with us and did a ton of research about the games, consulted with other craftsmen for ideas and CAD work, and was super transparent the whole way through with pricing, timeline, and updates.
